Handled fast-food restaurant class action and resolved all claims and wrongful death for a minimal amount. Favorably resolved a multi-million dollar default judgment against a third party administrator’s insureds and subsequent bad faith suit for the cost of defense. Obtained defense verdict, for insurer, in low-impact collision, where the Plaintiff’s alleged damages were fraudulently high.
Represented insurance agent/agency in deductible dispute that resulted in a minimal settlement. Defended homebuilder’s construction company against homeowner’s frivolous construction defect suit and obtained dismissal. Mediated to resolution an independent school district’s construction defect suit against subcontractor.
